The cake-like Anise Cookie is a delicate Italian cookie coated with a glaze of icing, and finished with bright rainbow candy sprinkles. The light accent of anise provides a mild hint hint of liquorice (a taste profile similar to black licorice though no licorice is used in our recipe).
